The Risk Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Risk Management department, assisting with the enrollment of projects into all applicable insurance programs — including Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs), Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIPs), wrap-up policies, subcontractor default insurance (SDI) programs, and standard project-specific placements — as well as tracking of insurance policies (including builder's risk) and certificates of insurance (COIs), subcontractor prequalification, the company's contractor licensing across all jurisdictions, and claims handling support across general liability, workers' compensation, auto, property, and builder's risk lines. This role is a strong entry-to-mid-level position for someone building a career in construction risk management and insurance administration.
