Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Our Values in Action and help to spread Solar’s Win the Right Way culture
• Provide excellent customer service to our global Solar teams for questions regarding Compliance processes and procedures for Anti-Bribery, Fair Competition, Data Privacy, Conflicts of Interest, Government Contracts, Fraud, and other compliance risk areas
• Participate in and support process improvement efforts within the team and in support of global teams to build in compliance to standard business operations
• Support customer facing teams with processes to plan for and review customer courtesies
• Support global teams with personal information inventory execution and annual maintenance processes
• Support customer qualification surveys for compliance inquiries and topics
• Support internal audit processes to ensure efficient execution; includes interaction with Caterpillar IAAS auditors
• Support Legal & Compliance Required Learning inquiries and assignments
• Support internal Compliance Team processes such as Worldwide Procedure management, Third Party Intermediary (TPI) due diligence, Distribution TPI Outreach, website updates, internal communications, etc.
• Member of the Caterpillar Compliance Community; participate in Compliance learning and knowledge sharing events as available

• Advanced level of English is a must; another language is a plus

Base Minimum Pay:

Kč771,708.00

Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
