
Role: Risk & Compliance Consultant/ Associate Manager

As a trusted advisor, you will play a central role in helping organisations achieve their strategic and derived operational, reporting and compliance goals. Our experienced professionals and cutting-edge solutions enable organisations to cost-effectively manage risks Initiatives and controls to create substantial shareholder and economic value.
THE WORK:
Work within high performing teams to support the CRO agenda
Bring experience with one or more of the risk management capabilities below
Leverage and support our breadth of experience, global resources and superior assets
Contribution to Accenture’s methodology and assets
Form deep relationships with Accenture's clients and propose appropriate solutions and propositions
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to risk & compliance projects, including risk and compliance operating models, risk process re-engineering, regulatory compliance, internal controls reviews, risk policies and procedures, risk governance and reporting
Support the team with the development of new intellectual capital for Accenture's Risk & Compliance service line, support development of thought leadership, and assist in publishing articles in industry periodicals
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience within a Management Consulting firm (big 4 or assurance), risk consulting and/or banking is essential
Minimum 3+ years of work experience in consulting and advisory services to Financial Services, Government or the Utilities Sector on Risk Management in any of the areas below:
Financial Crime Management
Fraud operating model and detailed knowledge of modern fraud and scams monitoring tools
Operational Risk Management
Regulatory Change Management
Financial Risk Management
Credit Risk
Technology risk
AI in Risk Management
Proven experience working in one or more of the above listed capabilities
Experience with Risk / Compliance process design, re-engineering and/or risk transformation
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ideally using MS suite - particularly PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree
