About the role

Reporting to the Head of Risk Assurance and Business Services, you'll lead the site's risk management, compliance, assurance, SOCI and physical security programs. You'll play a critical role in supporting risk-informed decision making, ensuring regulatory obligations are met, strengthening operational resilience, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the implementation and ongoing improvement of the site risk management framework.
  • Facilitating risk assessments and maintaining risk registers and reporting.
  • Driving compliance and governance activities.
  • Overseeing assurance and audit programs.
  • Coordinating SOCI and critical infrastructure obligations.
  • Providing oversight of physical security governance and improvement initiatives.
  • Preparing reports and insights for leadership forums.
  • Leading and developing a team of specialists.

What You’ll Bring

Experience leading teams within risk, compliance, assurance, audit or security environments.

Strong knowledge of risk management principles and governance frameworks.

Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical, facilitation and reporting skills.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
