We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk and Control Manager

In this role, you will:

• Take measures to extend strategic support to the markets as a subject matter expert and verify requests for valid exceptions.
• Monitor and maintain support on market specific triggers. Prepare monthly first line report for submission to regional wealth premier banking forum
• Event Management and perform quality check of internal events raised globally and take measures to provide an update for global risk oversight meeting.
• Other activities include preparation of training videos and organizing risk awareness sessions.
• Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.
• Assist line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and support peers on process if needed.
• Support achievement of team objectives & participate in the development of cohesive teams.
• Contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas.

To be successful you will:

• Must have experience of 3-5 years with bachelor’s degree
• Risk and control subject matter expertise
• High Level understanding on Incident Management
• Proficient in Business writing and high-level awareness on Risk Framework Implementation.
• Acts as a role model for our Group Values and Behaviors (Open, Connected, Dependable), supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service through these values.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) as well as energetic, positive attitude and a team player.
