An exciting opportunity has become available for a Risk and Compliance Manager within the Risk and Compliance team.

This role provides the opportunity to influence how we manage supplier risk, strengthen ethical sourcing practices and support compliance. You'll work closely with leaders across sourcing, quality, supply chain and corporate functions, giving you broad exposure across the business and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

What you'll be doing

• Lead key risk and compliance initiatives across our sourcing operations.
• Conduct investigations and support the management of integrity-related matters.
• Deliver supplier due diligence and risk assessment activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance controls and supplier governance.
• Monitor compliance trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support assurance reviews, audits and remediation activities.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders across the business.
• Prepare reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you'll have

• Experience in risk, compliance, audit, investigations, governance or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management principles.
• Experience assessing supplier or third-party risk and conducting due diligence activities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to navigate complex situations and make balanced, risk-based decisions.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• A relevant degree qualification, with professional certifications viewed favourably.
