More and Tangerine are fast-growing Australian-owned telecommunications brands delivering high-quality NBN, mobile, voice, and business connectivity solutions to customers across Australia. Our mission is simple: to make connectivity easy to understand, so customers can spend more time enjoying their services and less time navigating the complexities of telco.
Backed by More's strategic partnership with Commonwealth Bank, we're reaching more Australians, investing in better digital experiences and creating a challenger telco that is simpler, smarter and more customer focused. Guided by our values of Start with the Customer, Simplicity for Speed, Community of Individuals, and Collaborate to Win, we're building a culture where people can contribute new ideas, make a meaningful impact, and help shape the future of telecommunications in Australia.
As a Risk and Compliance Analyst, you’ll support the Legal, Risk and Compliance team to maintain and continuously improve risk management, compliance and control practices across the More and Tangerine business. This is a hands-on development role suited to someone who is organised, analytical and keen to build a career in risk and compliance within a regulated business.
Working closely with team members and stakeholders across the business, the role contributes to the identification, assessment and monitoring of risks, obligation and controls and supports assurance activities that provide confidence key controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively. This role also supports the ongoing implementation and use of the More’s enterprise risk management platform and contributes to practical initiatives that improve risk awareness, regulatory compliance and operational discipline.
