We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in Risk Analytics Team

In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyse and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Participate in scenario design process of regulatory and internal stress testing frameworks

• Participate in research, development and implementation of macroeconomic prediction methodologies and models

• Perform econometric analysis to support methodology development

• Perform back tests, stress tests, analysis and sensitivity studies

• Collaborate with several global teams

• Develop and support production infrastructure and codes within Agile framework

• Contribute towards documentation of models and their results.

• Participation in preparing regular and ad-hoc deliverables to the regulators and senior management Required Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's/Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative subjects

• 2 to 4 years of experience at a financial institution or a consulting firm, preferably on a Quant/ Data Science role in a data-rich environment

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to work with diverse cultures in a global team.

• Solid development experience in Python and Excel

• The candidate needs to be familiar with different statistical techniques viz. Regressions Analysis, Hypothesis testing, Econometrics, etc.

• Excellent quantitative and analytic skills

• Experience of scenario analysis / stress testing within risk management frameworks

• Basic knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomics

• Attention to detail

• Self-motivated team player who brings a can-do approach

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Good interpretations skills to convey complex quantitative methodology in simple terms
