What’s the role?
As a Risk Analyst within the Financial Crime Surveillance team, you'll work in the first line of defence, supporting key activities across Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Sanctions compliance.
You'll investigate customer information, assess risk indicators, engage with customers and internal stakeholders, and make informed decisions that support regulatory compliance and customer protection.
During your first 8–10 weeks, you'll complete a comprehensive accreditation and training program, requiring full-time attendance in the office. Once accredited, you'll transition to a hybrid working model of two days in the office and three days from home.
Conduct customer remediation activities through phone, email, branch, and correspondence channels.
Engage with customers and stakeholders through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Review, validate, and update customer identification and KYC information.
Manage customer communication lifecycles and compliance-related follow-up activities.
Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, KYC, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate customer records.
