Littelfuse is seeking highly motivated graduates to join our Engineering Rotational Program upon graduation in the summer/autumn of 2026
The RISE Rotational Engineer Program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through three 6-8 month rotations with engineering-focused assignments. The rotations are intended to provide valuable diverse experience and maximize the participant’s learning though hands-on experience, formal training, coaching/mentoring to grow across several functions before settling into best-fitting role for both the individual and the organization. It offers a full-time permanent position with strategic assignments, providing the skills and experience necessary to build a solid career foundation at Littelfuse.
Growing Switches business is looking for a RISE Rotational Engineer to join us this Summer/Autumn in Dole, focusing on helping customers to find the best technical solution to their problems.
3 rotational assignments with a total duration of 18-24 months:
6-8 months in R&D Product Development
6-8 months in Product Management
6-8 months in R&D Product Databases
After completing the program, the candidate will have the opportunity for a permanent, full-time placement based on their skills and interests.
Use AI tools to build an AI-based interface that helps customers select switches and provides integration guidance to solve design challenges
Build a comprehensive knowledge database covering products, applications, integration, stack-up analysis, and customization
Support customer design activities in collaboration with Development Engineers
Develop knowledge of customer application typologies across diverse use cases
Create application notes and integration recommendations for customers
Contribute to business outcomes through the successful delivery of assigned projects
Participate in structured career development activities and receive active mentoring
Collaborate with peers and network with business leaders to gain exposure and support for your work
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering, or a general engineering degree with a strong specialization in AI (minimum one year)
Up to 2 years of professional work experience in a relevant field
Available to work in a full-time role on site
Gained technical knowledge in the field of study and common engineering practices
Great communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
Flexible and willing to work in cross-functional, cross-disciplinary roles within the company
Motivated to join an international and fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Motivated, self-developer, and eager to make a change
Passionate about technology and looking to fast track their career in engineering
