Your New Role
As a Rights Analyst – Finance Management, you will be responsible for managing the financial lifecycle of content deals across EMEA. This includes invoice validation, payment coordination, and reconciliation between rights systems and financial records.
You will act as a key link between Content, Finance, and external partners, ensuring financial accuracy and timely execution of contractual obligations.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities...
Validate and process invoices related to content deals, ensuring alignment with contractual terms
Manage payment tracking and coordination, working closely with Finance teams and licensors
Maintain and update programming budget trackers and financial records
Perform monthly reconciliation between the rights management system and financial accounts
Provide financial and rights-related reporting to stakeholders
Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation and financial records are complete and accurate
Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries on rights and deals
Success in This Role
Timely and accurate invoice processing and payments
Minimal discrepancies between rights and financial systems
Strong control and visibility over programming budgets
Positive collaboration with Finance and external partners
Qualifications & Experience...
Technical & Functional Skills
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with financial systems (SAP or similar preferred)
Experience in invoice processing, reconciliation, or financial administration
Experience using reporting/query tools (SQL preferred)
Domain Knowledge
Understanding of TV/SVOD rights and deal structures (preferred)
Familiarity with financial processes related to content acquisition
Ways of Working
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines and financial cycles
Structured, reliable, and proactive
Strong stakeholder communication skills
