Job Location Anakeesta - Gatlinburg, TN 37738 Salary Range $19.32 Hourly

Our Coaster Maintenance Technicians ensure our rail and mountain coaster attractions remain safe, reliable, and thrilling for every guest. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our coaster systems to the highest safety and operational standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on coaster rides and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to ensure operational safety.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inspection records in compliance with state and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations teams to schedule downtime for repairs with minimal guest disruption.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices while working at heights and around moving equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on ride technology and safety standards.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in amusement rides, heavy machinery, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and safety guidelines.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
