We are seeking a reliable and responsible Rider/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic educational qualifications, a valid bike riding license, and the ability to handle tasks such as debit collection and document delivery. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and timely customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum O/L (Ordinary Level) or A/L (Advanced Level) qualifications.
• License: A valid bike riding license is mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in Sinhala or English.
• Reliability: A dependable and punctual individual who can be trusted with important tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver invoices, documents, and other essential materials to customers and clients within Colombo.
• Debit Collection: Collect payments from customers as per assigned routes, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and timely deposits.
• Office Assistance: Support the office with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive company image.
• Bike Maintenance: Ensure the company-provided bike is well-maintained, adhering to safety regulations and performing routine checks.
