Automotive Technician (A & B Level) | $40–$75/HR

Location: Raytown, MO

Pay: $40–$75 Flat Rate

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

No Weekends

Compensation

• B-Level Technician: $40–$45/hour Flat Rate
• A-Level Technician: $50–$75/hour Flat Rate
• Consistently busy shop with strong earning potential

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish
• Perform quality inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Troubleshoot drivability and electrical concerns
• Work as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level or strong B-Level technician
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable performing Digital Vehicle Inspections
• Productive, dependable, and quality-focused
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Stable work history
• Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
