This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RIA Operations Support (Part-Time) based in India.

This remote role supports the day-to-day operations of a Registered Investment Advisor environment, helping ensure recurring workflows and financial reports are accurate, organized, and completed on time. You will perform detailed quality control checks across client information and operational reports, comparing data against previous submissions to maintain consistency and compliance. The position also involves supporting daily RIA activities, including email sign-in processes, deposit updates, security checks, and task tracking. You will prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports across portfolio management systems. The role is well suited to someone who values precision, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working independently. You will also contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, and documentation that strengthen operational continuity.
