Rheumatology Physician Opportunity – Blackfoot, Idaho

Position: Rheumatologist – Outpatient

Position Highlights

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join an established outpatient practice in Blackfoot, Idaho.

This opportunity offers a strong referral network, physician autonomy, a flexible schedule, and no hospital call requirements. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to build on an established rheumatology practice while working within a collaborative, nonprofit healthcare environment.

Practice Details

• Established outpatient rheumatology practice
• Strong referral network throughout Eastern Idaho
• Collaborative multispecialty environment with Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, and Pain Management
• On-site infusion services and advanced imaging
• Clinical and administrative support
• In-house marketing assistance to support practice growth
• No hospital call requirements
• Flexible physician-directed scheduling: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
• Flexibility to establish scheduling protocols and patient volume
• Meditech Expanse EMR with integrated Suki AI documentation

Clinical Opportunity

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions
• Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and longitudinal care
• Develop individualized treatment and disease-management plans
• Coordinate infusion therapies and specialty services when appropriate
• Collaborate with referring primary care and specialty physicians
• Build lasting relationships with patients requiring ongoing rheumatologic care
• Participate in quality-improvement and practice-development initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
• Strong commitment to patient-centered outpatient care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship are not available
