The Clinic Director for Castroville provides leadership and operational oversight for a clinic with multiple service stands. The Director ensures efficient workflows, quality patient care, and effective resource management across all service areas. This role emphasizes cross-stand coordination, flexible staffing, and the implementation of initiatives that support clinic growth and patient satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Leadership & Staffing
- - Recruit, train, schedule, and coach teams spanning multiple stands; manage performance and recognition.
- - Implement flexible staffing models and cross‑training to meet variable demand across service lines.
- Multi‑Stand Operations
- - Standardize core workflows (check‑in, rooming, documentation, discharge) and ensure stand‑to‑stand consistency.
- - Coordinate equipment readiness, supply levels, and exam room standards across all stands.
- - Optimize provider templates and stand scheduling; manage inter‑stand patient flow and overflow protocols.
- Access, Quality & Experience
- - Monitor access metrics (fill rate, no‑shows, cycle time) and patient experience, lead improvement projects.
- - Ensure compliance with policies, infection prevention, and regulatory standards across all stands.
- Finance & Resources
- - Administer budgets; identify cost savings via supply management and process efficiency.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field preferred.
- MA or higher is required

Experience:
- 3 years progressive leadership in outpatient/clinic operations
- Experience with staffing models, cross‑training programs, and EHR workflows preferred
