As a Trainee in Kellanova (previously Kellogg’s) based in Madrid, you'll spend your time learning from the very best, and start laying foundations for your future career success in FMCG industry, working with some of the most beloved brands like Pringles, Special K and Corn Flakes!

What we offer:

• 800 euros gross/month for a full-time schedule (35h/week).
• 12 months contract.
• Full-time or part-time schedule, based on your credits.
• Hybrid way of working.
• Mentorship and coaching to set you up for success.
• Unlimited Pringles and other tasty snacks in the office.
• Short Fridays.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll develop your internship within the commercial function, gaining exposure to Revenue Growth Management (RGM),a key area where data, strategy, and business impact come together.

You will support the team in areas such as:

• Building and automating reports, continuously strengthening your capabilities in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Copilot
• Analyzing core growth drivers including pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture (PPA), and product mix
• Turning data into insights by contributing to business recommendations and commercial proposals
• Working side by side on cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams, gaining a 360º business perspective
• Linking strategy to execution by understanding how decisions impact in-store performance and overall results

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A strong analytical mindset, with hands-on knowledge of or curiosity for tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
• A University Degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, or Information Systems/Engineering) with only curricular experience
• A genuine interest in analytics, business strategy, and FMCG dynamics
• A proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn and collaborate
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish
