What’s the role?
As Regional General Manager for Queensland, you’ll lead our Commercial Banking teams across one of our most dynamic and diverse regions. You’ll set clear direction, create momentum and build an environment where people feel supported, accountable and proud of the impact they make for customers and communities.
You’ll balance strong commercial outcomes with disciplined risk and compliance leadership, bringing together customer advocacy, performance and people leadership in a way that feels natural and purposeful. This role is about being visible and connected, building trusted relationships with customers, community partners and internal stakeholders while empowering your leaders to grow and succeed.
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, Yuggera and Turrbal Country, with flexibility in how and where work gets done.
