Lead the strategic planning of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), being responsible for building, communicating, and optimizing the promotional strategy and investment package, ensuring revenue and profitability maximization through data-driven decisions and strong collaboration with partner areas.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and communicate the promotional strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the company's commercial guidelines;
Manage and communicate the promotional investment package, ensuring visibility and governance over resource allocation;
Manage and communicate investment movements, tracking reallocations and adjustments throughout the planning cycle;
Perform promotional scenario simulations, assessing impacts on volume, revenue, and margin to support decision-making;
Plan and implement continuous improvements in RGM management processes, seeking greater efficiency and scalability;
Maintain close relationships with Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Pricing, and RGM Channels teams, acting as an integrating link between planning and execution;
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
Solid experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, or related areas;
Advanced Excel skills (scenario modeling, pivot tables, macros/VBA);
Strong analytical capability and results orientation;
Communication and influencing skills for interaction with multiple stakeholders;
Strategic vision combined with execution capability;
Desirable:
Knowledge of Market Share tools – Nielsen and Scanntech;
Proficiency in PowerPoint for building executive presentations;
Previous experience in consumer goods companies (CPG/FMCG);
Key Challenges
Ensure integration and alignment across multiple areas (Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Pricing, and RGM Channels) in a dynamic and highly complex environment;
Translate data and simulations into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for leadership;
Balance the maximization of promotional investments with the protection of business profitability;
Drive continuous evolution of management processes, raising the area's analytical maturity level;
Act with agility in response to scenario changes and investment reallocation needs throughout the cycle.
