About the Role

The RGM Manager (member of the Commercial Leadership team) plays a key role in leading the Revenue Growth Management agenda across the market, shaping and executing strategies across Pricing, Promotions, Trade Investment and other RGM levers to support sustainable revenue, margin and market growth. The role provides strategic insight and challenge to inform commercial decision-making, while embedding RGM ways of thinking, processes and performance routines across the organisation. The Manager works closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Customer Marketing to identify and prioritise growth opportunities, strengthen investment effectiveness and ensure effective execution. Through strong business partnering, stakeholder influence and disciplined governance, the role helps translate RGM insights into clear commercial actions and sustainable business performance.

Top Accountabilities

  • RGM Strategy & Commercial Planning: Lead the market RGM agenda, integrating revenue growth priorities into Commercial Strategy, annual planning and business performance routines and contributing to longer-term growth plans
  • Pricing: Own the annual pricing strategy and key pricing interventions, using market, customer and financial insights to identify opportunities, evaluate scenarios and support sustainable revenue and margin growth within global pricing principles
  • Promotions & M&E: Lead the market approach to promotional effectiveness, establishing robust pre- and post-evaluation practices and translating learnings into improved promotional and customer plans
  • Trade Investment: Lead the governance and optimisation of Trade Investment across channels ensuring transparency, conditionality, effectiveness and alignment with commercial and financial objectives
  • Channel & Customer Growth: Partner with Commercial and Customer Marketing teams to identify and execute revenue and margin opportunities across price, promotion, pack and channel, supporting differentiated channel strategies
  • RGM Capability, Tools & Insights: Build and embed RGM capability, processes and ways of working across the organisation, leveraging data, tools and insights to strengthen commercial decision-making
  • Stakeholder Leadership & Governance: Act as a trusted RGM business partner to senior Commercial, Finance and Marketing stakeholders, providing insight and challenge while driving alignment, execution and accountability across the market and relevant regional forums

About You

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, or a related commercial function, preferably within an FMCG environment
  • Strong strategic and analytical capability, translating complex market, customer and financial data into clear insights, recommendations and commercial actions
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, identifying revenue and margin opportunities across key RGM levers and developing commercial strategies integrated into annual planning and broader business priorities
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, engaging senior stakeholders, building alignment and driving decisions across functions
  • Proven ability to lead multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives, building RGM capability, embedding new ways of working and driving alignment, accountability and disciplined delivery
  • Experience driving RGM transformation through new processes, tools, data capabilities and governance that strengthen commercial insight and data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics tools, with Power BI and syndicated data (e.g. Nielsen, Circana) considered an advantage
  • Proficient in English
