Job Description

Revenue Growth Management is a key priority to reach the BEST10. RGM is driving sustainable profitable growth by leveraging 5 pillars and spreading the RGM mindset.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As an integral member of the regional RGM community, you will be accountable for creating value and financial impact for Bacardi.You will help build and develop capabilities to drive sustainable GP/case growth by creating best in class RGM practices that enables us to Set, Get and Keep price as well as to optimize mix. Your ability to combine a strategic business approach while managing multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix.

You will lead and develop strategic value generators to support sustainable revenue growth through designing, leading, embed & execute relevant best practice Revenue Growth Management practice in East Markets and beyond.

You will build and embed the functional capability of Pricing Strategy, Trade and Promotional & investment Optimization driving value growth

You will guide creation of frameworks, tools, and guidelines to drive greater effectiveness and ROI of commercial investments and promotional spending

You will guide, challenge, and work together with Sales team to set up contracts in a best way, find new opportunities to grow GP and GP/case

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Key objectives:

  • You will implement value generators to support sustainable revenue growth through designing, leading, embed & executing relevant best practice Revenue Growth Management practices.
  • Streamline and improve current ways of working/processes cross-functionally ensuring sales/marketing can be self-sufficient where possible, so RGM can focus on the RGM pillars.
  • You will build and embed the functional capability of all RGM pillars, recommended Price to Consumer, Promotions, Price Pack Architecture & Mix Management, throughout the organization.
  • You will guide, challenge, and work cross-functionally to find new opportunities to grow GP and GP/case.
  • Continue the drumbeat on the price to trade and term program increasing optimization and transparency of our trade spend transparency, and enables the commercialization of our pricing strategies
  • Develop a framework to deliver (multi)-year accretive price strategy across Bacardi products capturing market trends, economic environment, including project on brand repositioning, working cross-functionally with the Commercial, Category development, Marketing and IKAM teams
  • Develop, lead and embed best RGM practices in the annual planning process providing the consistency and transparency required to develop, implement and track our value creation initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the direct East market price strategy is in line with global guardrails and value committee targets
  • Support Sales in annual customer negotiations based on agreed pricing guidance
  • Monitor and approve price proposals during annual trade negotiations
  • To identify opportunities by brands to ensure that our brands remain profitable for the customer and Bacardi
  • You will drive standardization and simplification of the RGM work throughout East markets transitioning to one standard European way of operating.
  • Apply the frameworks and capability to manage and drive profitability by customer enabling customer marketing and commercial teams to effectively allocate resources.

Develop talent and capability

  • Together with Commercial Development, regional and global team, support embedding the RGM capabilities to build the organisation’s capacity to deliver year on year value growth
  • Build a learning organization by contributing to a “share, steal and reapply” culture that systematically builds a hub database of RGM best practices.
  • Challenge & work with the Brand teams with the RGM expertise and advice to enable an effective commercialization of category strategies and initiatives.
  • Work with the Customer and Consumer Marketing teams to build capabilities and sustained ways of working
  • Ensure implementation of learning and development plans and sustained learning
  • Make sure that North-East Cluster is a source of best practices for Europe

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Commercial Finance, Customer Marketing.
  • Strong Commercial skills
  • Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics
  • Change management
  • Experience in strategy roles in an international environment in FMCG
  • Strong influencing skills gained through hands on experience
  • Proficiency in English B2/C1 minimum and Polish - native level

The following experiences are preferred:

  • Sales or finance experience
  • Local market experience
  • Experience in the Spirits and/or overall beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
