The RGM Insights Manager is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that inform Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy across markets and categories.

The role synthesizes internal and external data sources to develop compelling narratives on pricing, price pack architecture (PPA), promotions, trade investment, and overall consumers’ and shoppers’ price sensitivity.

Additionally, the RGM Insights Manager leads market research initiatives to uncover growth opportunities, optimize RGM levers, and support strategic decision-making.

2. Primary Responsibilities

Executive Insights & Storytelling

  • Develop high-impact executive presentations and reports summarizing key RGM insights across priority countries and categories
  • Translate analytics into clear business implications and strategic recommendations
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to pricing, PPA, promotions, and trade investment
  • Provide periodic global RGM performance updates and deep dives

Data Integration & Analysis

  • Leverage multiple data sources including:
    • Internal commercial and financial data
    • Retail measurement data
    • Consumer panel data
    • Market research
    • Competitive intelligence
  • Integrate insights to assess price sensitivity, elasticity, and growth drivers
  • Support global and regional teams with ad-hoc insights requests

RGM Market Research

Lead and design research programs to inform RGM strategy, including:

  • Pricing & Value: Willingness-to-pay studies, Value perception, Price elasticity and price threshold research.
  • Promotions: Promo labs and simulated retail experiments, Promotion depth and frequency optimization studies.
  • Price Pack Architecture (PPA): Conjoint analysis for pack and price optimization, Portion size and consumption occasion research.
  • Trade Investment: Trade spend ROI research, Retailer negotiation insight studies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with global RGM, regional teams, insights, and analytics functions
  • Coordinate with external research agencies and data providers
  • Influence senior stakeholders through insight-driven recommendations

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred

Experience

  • 5–8 years in Insights, Analytics, RGM, Market Research, or Commercial Strategy
  • Experience in FMCG/CPG strongly preferred
  • Proven experience delivering executive-level insights and storytelling

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Experience with pricing and promo analytics
  • Solid understanding of market research methodologies (conjoint, pricing research, experimental design)
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single narrative
  • Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling skills
  • Strong Excel and data interpretation capabilities

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In
