Job Description

Job Title

RGM Business Partner - Personal Health

The Director, RGM Business Partner ensures that robust processes, governance frameworks and commercial policies are in place to support end-to-end Revenue Growth Management across Businesses, Regions and customers. The role embeds RGM levers into portfolio decisions, customer agreements and commercial operating processes while ensuring compliance with corporate, legal and regulatory requirements. Rather than directly executing individual RGM levers, the role provides strategic business partnering, governance and orchestration—safeguarding the organization from financial and compliance risks while accelerating adoption of the AI-Native RGM Operating Model.

Your role:

  • Act as the senior RGM Business Partner to Business and Regional leadership teams, connecting global RGM strategy with regional, portfolio and customer priorities.
  • Establish and govern end-to-end RGM processes, policies, decision rights and escalation mechanisms across Businesses, Regions and Markets.
  • Embed RGM principles into portfolio and line chart processes, including pricing, price-pack architecture, mix, assortment, lifecycle and market deployment decisions.
  • Partner with Regional RGM teams, Business Portfolio Leaders, Portfolio Lifecycle Managers, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Commercial Operations to ensure consistent execution.
  • Champion value-based pricing and ensure that pricing corridors, strategic price indexes, discount structures, trade terms and commercial exceptions are appropriately governed.
  • Ensure that RGM levers are embedded in strategic customer agreements and lead the orchestration of RGM inputs into Top Customer Joint Business Planning.
  • Provide strategic RGM and pricing guidance for major customer negotiations, ensuring that investments and commercial terms reflect customer performance, strategic fit, profitability and cost to serve.
  • Own and manage the RGM agenda for the Sales Council and other senior commercial forums, bringing forward material opportunities, risks, policy deviations and decisions requiring leadership action.
  • Lead deployment of the AI-Native RGM Operating Model, translating business needs into scalable process, analytics and AI-enabled enablers.
  • Drive adoption and value realization of RGM analytics and AI solutions across Businesses and Regions, ensuring that they are embedded into existing commercial workflows rather than used as standalone tools.
  • Lead the RGM Academy and capability-building agenda, developing RGM, pricing, policy and JBP expertise across commercial and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate best-practice sharing across Regions and Businesses and continuously improve the global RGM operating model, policies and governance framework.

You’re the Right fit If:

  • You have 10+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, commercial policy, sales strategy, finance, customer development or commercial transformation.
  • You have proven experience operating at a senior level across global, Business, Regional and Market organizations within a complex matrix environment.
  • You bring deep expertise in RGM levers, including value-based pricing, price-pack architecture, promotions, mix, trade investment, customer profitability and commercial policy.
  • You have strong experience in strategic customer management, Joint Business Planning and supporting high-value customer negotiations.
  • You possess strong financial acumen, including P&L, margin, gross-to-net, price realization, trade investment and profitability drivers.
  • You have demonstrated success in leading governance, operating-model transformation, change management and cross-functional capability building.
  • You are comfortable with analytics and AI-enabled decision tools and can translate business challenges into clear solution requirements, without needing to be a data scientist.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Marketing or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent executive qualification is preferred.
