About the Role
Revenue Growth Manager drive net revenue and profitability by shaping pricing and promotional guidelines, optimizing trade investment, and improving price/promo compliance - ensuring growth is value-accretive, not only volume-driven.
1) Pricing Architecture & Governance
- Build and maintain price architecture (by brand/pack/channel) and recommend price corridors.
- Monitor price realization, discounts, and retailer pricing behavior; flag risks and propose actions.
- Support price changes with business cases (elasticity proxies, competitor benchmarks, margin impact).
2) Promotion Strategy & Effectiveness
- Define promo mechanics guidelines (depth, frequency, thresholds) by channel/customer type.
- Evaluate promo performance and incrementality; recommend optimization and test-and-learn plans.
- Establish “promo quality” KPIs (uplift, margin dilution, stock effects, halo/cannibalization).
3) Trade Investment & ROI Management
- Build trade investment tracking and ROI measurement standards with Finance/BI.
- Drive reallocation of spend toward highest ROI levers (visibility, feature/display, retail media where relevant).
- Provide negotiation support to KAMs: guardrails, scenarios, value trade-offs.
4) Customer Planning Support
- Contribute to JBPs with fact-based trade stories (category dynamics, shopper rationale, price/promo plan).
- Work with Category and Activation on in-store programs to ensure value creation.
5) Performance Cadence & Risk Management
- Monitor net revenue performance and risks (price erosion, promo pressure); propose corrective actions in R&O forums.
