Location: British Columbia, Canada (Remote)
Aequilibrium (AEQ) is seeking an experienced RFP & Pursuit Coordinator to help grow our presence in the Canadian public sector.
This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, coordinating, and supporting government and public-sector RFP submissions across Canada. The ideal candidate understands Canadian procurement processes, works well under pressure, and has a strong track record supporting winning proposals in technology and professional services environments.
Monitor Canadian procurement portals and identify relevant opportunities
Lead and coordinate proposal submissions from kickoff to final delivery
Manage deadlines, compliance requirements, and submission packaging
Coordinate with leadership, recruiting, delivery, and technical teams
Maintain proposal templates, resumes, case studies, and response libraries
Support go/no-go decisions and opportunity qualification
Track pipeline activity, submissions, win rates, and procurement contacts
3+ years of experience coordinating and responding to Canadian government/public-sector RFPs
Strong understanding of federal, provincial, municipal, healthcare, or education procurement processes
Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced proposal deadlines
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Experience with technology, consulting, or digital transformation proposals preferred
Located in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada
