Speer Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RFP & Proposal Writer to support our growing team. This is a high-impact, fully remote role open to candidates across Canada, with in-office options available for those in or near Toronto to join team meetings and collaborative sessions. It is ideal for someone with proven success in grant applications and RFP submissions who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You'll work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to identify funding opportunities, lead proposal development, and write compelling submissions that showcase Speer's innovation and capabilities. This role also includes consulting and advising the executive team on strategic approaches to winning RFPs, as well as training other team members on the proposal process.
