MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented RF Spectrum Technician Analyst to join our team working in Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Participation as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings

  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data related to systems testing and product programs

  • Participation in ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection simulations to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community

  • Track program/project status and schedules

  • Development of organization and project level processes, standards, and procedures

  • Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance

  • CONUS travel is required, up to 25% annually

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in ISR Collection and project management or management analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree in a technical or business discipline and 7+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to conduct briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Telecommunications

  • Experience drafting test plans, supporting test events, and drafting test reports

  • Basic knowledge of DoD Command and Control (C2) systems, platforms, and components, including sensor systems and communication systems

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
