Job Description
We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation managing large-scale mobile networks, seeking experienced RF Engineers to optimise network performance and stability.
- Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability.
- Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
- Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance.
- Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
- Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
- Fresh Graduates or 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities.
- Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
- Proficient in network analysis and optimisation tools.
