Job Description

Nokia is expanding its existing Electrical Engineering team and is seeking candidates to work in RF domain.

We are looking for a HW Engineer, DPD - member of RF Power Amplifier and Digital Pre-Distortion team contributing to digital pre-distortion development.

Responsibilities for candidates:

  • DPD (digital pre-distortion) development and verification for radio products towards maximized efficiency, linearity, and overall RF performance

  • Analyze and troubleshoot RF system issues related to DPD performance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and procedures for DPD verification

  • Contribute to the innovation and development of new DPD technologies and methodologies

You have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering or similar
  • Experience of digital signal processing (DSP) and knowledge of Digital Pre-distortion (DPD) designs and topologies
  • Experience of RF measurement equipment and tools, including MATLAB and Python coding
  • Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capability

Nice to haveskills/experience

  • Knowledge of wireless communication standards & regulations (e.g., LTE, 5G, FCC)
  • Understanding of RF system architecture, encompassing both hardware and software interactions
  • Familiarity with industry-standard RF simulation tools is a significant advantage.

Final job title and grade will be assessed upon CV and interview result.
