Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rewards Partner - Associate Director - where you will play a key role in the design and delivery of global and regional programs with the overall goal of top talent attraction and retention. As a Rewards Partner, primarily supporting the German and Austrian market, you will provide subject matter expertise on compensation, fair pay, benefits and wellbeing programs, and provide insightful analysis, advice and innovative solutions. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative regional team and will be a strategic partner to HR, Talent Acquisition and the wider business, at the local, regional or global level.

The preferred location is Munich.

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:

  • Looking for innovation and best practices related to C&B programs and propose new design or changes when needed, to keep the competitiveness of the local Total Rewards package
  • Manage and participate in regional or global projects, together with other members of the International C&B community, and act as a subject matter expert for assigned C&B categories at the regional level
  • Use compensation analytical programs to regularly analyze: 1) market positioning of jobs, determining appropriate salary ranges and provide recommendation on salary structures for the country/ies supported and 2) ensure fair pay analytics and reporting where needed
  • Ongoing communication and training of HR and Talent Acquisition partners to ensure understanding of global rewards philosophy, programs and policies
  • Ensure governance and compliance with corporate C&B policies, programs and guidelines

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

  • Several years of Compensation & Benefits experience or in other HR related fields
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in conducting needs analysis and ability to summarize and communicate needs and recommendations at all levels
  • Knowledge of core HR processes with depth in area of compensation, benefits and fair pay
  • International / Global business awareness and cultural sensitivity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor messages to meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and self-starting attitude
  • Good judgment, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to partner, consult and influence decision-making
  • Effective at project and resource management, as well as prioritization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English language
