Join our Reward Operations team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience through global benefits and recognition programs. As a Reward Operations Consultant, you will support employees and managers with benefits-related inquiries, manage employee requests, and ensure the accurate administration of benefit plans and employee data. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and data analysis, offering the opportunity to work closely with HR, payroll, and external vendors while contributing to important reward and benefits initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate administration of employee benefits and rewards programs, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence. You'll leverage your analytical skills to manage benefits data, support reporting and compliance activities, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administer and support global employee benefits and recognition programs.
  • Respond to employee and manager benefit inquiries and resolve system tickets within SLAs.
  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and cancellations while coordinating with payroll and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system.
  • Use Excel formulas and VLOOKUP for benefits data management and reporting.
  • Process invoices, support compliance reporting, and assist with annual benefits activities.
  • Promote HRIS self-service tools and collaborate with HR, payroll, and vendors to resolve issues.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with US employee benefits
  • Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
  • Exposure to global benefits programs considered an asset
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling benefits-related data
