The Reward Business Partner for LATAMisanessentialpositionin our HR function, central to aligningreward strategies with businessobjectiveswithin a FTSE30ConsumerGoods company.

Supportinga Snr Reward Business Partner, theroleshapes, influencesand deliversa compelling total reward strategy that supports business priorities, talentoutcomesand organisational performance, balancing global frameworks with localised requirements.The role isrequiredto interpret and assess customer needs,identifytrends, generate originalideasand test innovative solutions within overall frameworks/policy/strategy.This role acts as anadvisor to HR and business leadership on compensation, benefits, talentaccelerationand reward governance.

The roleisbased in Costa Rica,with areporting line into theSnr Reward Business PartnerThe successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

RewardPartnership

  • Lead compensation and benefits-related projects tied to regulatory change, market competitiveness, and business transformation

  • Develop rewardapproachesthat enable attraction,retentionand acceleration of critical and high-potential talent

  • Work with the TalentCoEto integrate differentiated reward into talent development and career programs

  • Assistwithmaintainingand updating local reward policies

  • Make recommendations forcontinuous improvement and simplification of reward processes and practices in conjunction with broader HR Transformation framework

Compensation Architecture & Governance

  • Identifyimprovements anddriveconsistency and accuracy of compensation frameworks, job architecturealignmentand data standards

  • Drive and embed reward governance principles across markets and employee segments

Strategic Benefits Design

  • Help shape inclusive benefits strategy, with focus on equity andsegmentspecificneeds

  • Identifyopportunities toreviewand redesign benefit policies to reflect legislative changes and operational feasibility,and build business casein partnership with the BenefitsCoE

  • Ensure employee experienceremainscentral to all design and policy decisions

Insights, Analytics & Thought Leadership

  • Providestrategic insights through reward analytics: internal parity, market positioning, policy impactmodellingand financial forecasting

  • Use external data and insights to advise HRBPs and business leaders on organisational health,risksand opportunities

Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership

  • Lead stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders and GlobalCoEs

  • Drive end-to-end change management,communicationand education for major reward initiatives

  • Elevate reward literacy in HR and line managers via continuous education initiatives

Qualifications and skills

Essential

Abilityto deliver tailored reward solutions within a global framework, providingcommercially focused, pragmatic advice,to ensurethe reward strategy aligns with the organisation’s needs both now and in the future.

Core requirements for the roleareas follows:

  • Experience in a specialist Compensation and Benefits role

  • Regionalexperience or management ofreward across a group of countries

  • Understanding ofthe markets and the differences in the countriesacross <insert area>

  • Articulate and persuasive with strong written and oral communication skillsandexperience of successfully managing a broad range of stakeholders

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, leading through complex issues and creative problem solving

  • Simplification mindset,evidencedby demonstrable examples of process improvement and automation.


Preferred

  • Experience froma large/global corporation

  • Previousexperience of working in complex/matrixedorganisations

  • Experience fromworking in aConsumer Goods industryenvironment

  • Experience of working with Workday
