To support the delivery of the firm’s reward strategy and programmes. The Reward Assistant will support the Reward team with the provision of benefit programs within the firm for both UK staff and global Partners and provide first line advice and guidance on reward and benefits queries.

3 A’ levels or equivalent, degree educated or CIPD qualified (desirable)

Key relationships
In the Firm
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders e.g., wider HR team, payroll, global mobility, and tax teams to work in a collaborative and effective way.
External
Negotiating and persuasion when working with benefits vendors to achieve the best outcomes for the firm.
Third-party provider
Linklaters engages with a third-party provider for the provision of contractor and temporary staff. Therefore, upon acceptance of a temporary role at Linklaters, you will be engaged under a contract for services through our preferred third-party provider. You will not be employed by Linklaters, or have any employment or worker relationship with Linklaters.
