Location:Hybrid– with at least 2 days a month in London

This isa great opportunityto join a close-knit People team supporting around 500 colleagues across groupfunctions.You’llwork at the heart of the business, partnering with senior stakeholders and helping to design fair,competitiveand meaningful reward approaches. From driving the annual pay and bonus cycle to improving how we use data and systems,you’llhave real influence and visibility.

Key responsibilities

As a Reward Partner – GroupFunctions,you’ll

  • Lead the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, performanceoutcomesand bonus processes

  • Track and manage bonus data, making sure everything isaccurateand clearly understood

  • Provide clear advice and insights on pay, benefits and reward policies to People teams and business leaders

  • Review and improve reward processes sothey’resimple,effectiveand fair

  • Carry outsalarybenchmarking and market analysis to help keep our reward approach competitive

  • Analyse data and trends, turning insights into practical recommendations

  • Support reward-related projects and changes, including improvements to frameworks and systems

  • Maintain high-quality data in Workday and support colleagues with day-to-day queries

  • Help communicate reward changes in a waythat’sclear and easy to understand

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Whatwe’relooking for

We’relooking for someonewho’scurious, detail-focused and enjoys working with both data and people.

You’llbring:

  • Experience working in reward,compensationor a related area

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel

  • A thoughtful approach to problem solving and making decisions

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships

  • Good knowledge of reward processes such as salary reviews,bonusesand benchmarking

  • Clear and confident communication skills – able to explain complex topics in simple terms

  • A proactive mindset and a drive to improve how things work

  • Experience with job evaluation methods (for example, Hay or Towers Watson) is helpful

  • Experience using Workday or similar systems is an advantage

You’llalso be comfortable working independently, planning your ownworkand managing priorities across the year.
