How you will contribute


  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our compensation & benefits policies;

  • Play a key role in processes such as performance bonus allocation, incentive scheme design, and annual salary reviews;

  • Support the administration, optimization, and visibility of our benefits offering;

  • Participate in job evaluation processes and the ongoing refinement of our salary frameworks;

  • Analyze and report compensation data in line with regulatory and internal requirements;

  • Participate in salary surveys and market benchmarking, identifying opportunities to refine our pay structures;

  • Conduct analyses such as benchmarking, compa-ratio, salary distributions, and remuneration scenarios;

  • Support initiatives that enhance pay transparency and equity across the organization;

  • Partner with business teams on organizational change initiatives;

  • Review organizational structures and propose optimization solutions;

  • Contribute to defining roles and responsibilities across the organization;

  • Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of compensation & benefits processes.

What will help you be successful


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits, data analysis, organizational design, or similar areas;

  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills (large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling);

  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, benefits, and job evaluation methodologies;

  • Interest in pay transparency and equity topics;

  • Exposure to or interest in change management and project-based work;

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities;

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to actively contribute to team success;

  • Adaptability and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment;

  • Advanced English and ease in using Microsoft 365 tools;

  • University degree.
