Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, Analytics, this role sits within the Performance & Reward team, a dynamic and collaborative group delivering insights and analytics that inform high‑impact performance and reward programmes.
The team works closely with Performance and Reward and People Partners to support strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement.
What’s the role?
You’ll step into a hands-on analytics role where your expertise really matters. As Reward Analytics Manager you will lead with influence, be the go-to subject matter expert for SQL and Power BI, shaping how performance and reward data is governed, interpreted, and used across the business.
You’ll design and maintain robust reward analytics databases and dashboards, set clear standards, and reinforce strong governance and protocols. Your work will help leaders make confident, data led decisions while reducing manual reporting and key person dependency.
You’ll partner closely with People, Reward, and enterprise data teams, providing strategic insight, coaching others, and lifting capability across the function. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing deep technical work with collaboration and continuous improvement.
