Job Description

Be involved in shaping the future of international compensation at G4S!

Are you numbers-driven, analytical, and curious about how global organisations build competitive and equitable workforce architectures? At G4S (an Allied Universal® company), we secure global communities across multiples of countries. Behind that massive operation is a complex grading structure that keeps us competitive and fair.

As our new Reward Analyst – International, you won't just be organising datasets—you will play a vital, active role in ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness across our entire international footprint. By delivering data-driven insights and executing rigorous job evaluations, you will directly support HR leaders and executives in making critical business-aligned reward choices.

What we can offer you:

  • Salary: 25,000-30,000 Euros
  • Location: Benefit from a collaborative, hybrid working culture combining focused remote work with days based out of our Country headquarters.
  • Global Exposure: Gain experience managing compensation framework complexities across a highly diverse international footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Job Evaluation: Use the established Hay job evaluation methodology to review and analyse job descriptions and for new and existing roles, ensuring global grading consistency across regions, countries, and business functions.
  • Market Benchmarking: Deep-dive into global market salary surveys (including Mercer, Korn Ferry, and Willis Towers Watson) to keep our packages up-to-date across multiple countries.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Work with large datasets to analyse pay positioning and spend, drawing clear conclusions that directly drive reward-related business decisions.
  • Cycle Support & Special Projects: May be required to partner with the wider international reward team to support annual business-as-usual (BAU) cycles—including annual salary and bonus review processes—and tackle ad-hoc international reward projects.
  • Trend Identification: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring shifting market indicators and global compliance trends that impact international compensation frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Frameworks: You possess a strong understanding of the Hay Group points-factor system and have practical experience navigating global salary survey platforms.
  • Data Mastery: You love data. You possess an analytical mindset with skills in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of processing large datasets quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive working with vast, cross-border professional networks. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate data concepts cleanly to internal HR and business leadership teams.

Requirements

  • The Experience: You bring 2–3 years of Reward experience, ideally with a strong focus on grading analysis and market benchmarking.
  • Educational Foundation: A university degree is preferred, though solid foundational expertise in global reward structures is what matters most.
