About the Role
Our GTM organization is at an inflection point after reaching more than €100M ARR in 2025. We're moving beyond linear scaling, where revenue growth requires proportional headcount growth, to exponential efficiency through systematic GTM engineering. You'll be responsible for identifying constraints in our revenue generation system and designing solutions that compound results rather than compound complexity.
You'll own the build and continuous evolution of our GTM tech stack. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of AI automation, data infrastructure and revenue operations. You’ll collaborate closely with GTM leadership team, GTM Ops teams, Salesforce / CRM team and Analytics team to ensure consistent end-to-end GTM solutions. Your core accountability is simple: ship a superior GTM infrastructure that compounds efficiency through automation and AI.
