This role is responsible for the systems, integrations, automation, and data flows that support the company's go-to-market engine. This role connects HubSpot with the rest of the stack, including tools such as Clay and ZoomInfo, to improve data quality, workflow automation, reporting reliability, and forecasting trust. The role owns cross-system technical execution and reporting; RevOps leadership owns roadmap, priorities, governance, and business outcomes.
HubSpot requirement: Candidates must bring direct, hands-on HubSpot experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build dashboards, supporting datasets, and reporting workflows that connect GTM activity to revenue outcomes.
Own the reporting for Marketing, sales and business departments based on HubSpot data.
Own the reporting systems across HubSpot and connected tools, including integrations, automation, sync logic, and operational workflows.
Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and business-critical systems such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, ChurnZero, enrichment tools, and internal data sources.
Build and maintain automation using APIs, and external platforms.
Define and maintain source-of-truth rules, sync direction, record matching logic, and failure handling standards across systems.
Partner with the HubSpot engineer to ensure HubSpot configuration and external systems stay aligned and do not create data drift or reporting conflicts.
Build and maintain data quality controls, including QA checks, anomaly monitoring, audits, and cleanup logic.
Support forecasting infrastructure, including pipeline rollups, forecast inputs, forecast categories, and reporting outputs for leadership.
Troubleshoot integration failures, automation issues, and data inconsistencies, then implement durable fixes.
Document integrations, automation logic, technical standards, and data contracts.
Required Qualifications
2+ years in RevOps, GTM systems, business systems, or technical operations roles.
Direct, hands-on HubSpot experience is preferred- including building workflows, managing properties/pipelines, and integrating HubSpot with external systems.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, workflow automation, and integration platforms.
Experience implementing or operating Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar enrichment and workflow tools in a live revenue environment is preferred.
Experience supporting reporting and forecasting infrastructure for sales and leadership teams.
Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, light scripting, and technical debugging.
Strong documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot certification(s), or equivalent demonstrated expertise across a broader RevTech stack.
Experience designing enrichment waterfall workflows in Clay.
Experience with ZoomInfo enrichment, intent, or CRM sync use cases.
Experience in SaaS, construction software, or a multi-team B2B sales environment.
Experience supporting executive reporting or forecast processes.
