Scaled from $0 to 8 figures in ARR
Raised $30M from Benchmark, Y Combinator, Paul Graham, and Initialized
We’ve assembled a small, talent-dense team who have scaled critical functions at companies like Stripe, Google, Figma, and LinkedIn.
We’re hiring our first RevOps person, reporting directly to the CRO. The role is roughly 70% operations and 30% revenue strategy. You’ll build the systems, data, and processes behind the revenue organization while working with the CRO and Finance on planning, market and ICP analysis, and investment decisions.
Own the CRM and GTM systems stack end to end, including architecture, data integrity, routing, integrations, and vendors
Own the revenue forecast process, including its cadence, methodology, and the number that goes to the CEO and board
Design and administer quota, territory, and compensation plans with the CRO and Finance
Own the mechanics and measurement of the full funnel, from first touch through closed-won, with the Growth team
Support the field through deal desk, reporting, approvals, and removing manual work that keeps reps from selling
Build annual and quarterly revenue plans using bottoms-up capacity models tied to the top-down number
Assess markets, define and defend Greptile’s ICP, and size where we should go next
Build GTM investment scenarios with Finance
4–8 years of experience
A background combining top-tier strategy consulting with operating experience at a high-growth technology company
Able to write SQL, build models, and find answers without waiting for someone else to pull the data
Deep working knowledge of modern CRM and GTM tooling; you’ve architected a stack, not just used one
A track record of building something from zero, such as a first forecasting process, compensation plan, or territory model
Comfortable with ambiguity, low ego about the work, and excited by a role that spans strategy and execution
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
Experience selling or supporting sales into engineering and developer-tools buyers
Experience with both product-led and enterprise motions in the same business
