The Revo Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the Revo equipment on Line 9, ensuring consistent production flow, product quality, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Revo equipment efficiently and safely.
Keep the Revo machine continuously supplied with meat to maintain production flow.
Perform regular weight checks to ensure product meets specifications.
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and surrounding work area.
Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Perform frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
Lift and push products/materials weighing up to 40 lbs as needed.
Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Six months of continuous employment with a single employer within the last 36 months of employment.
Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in wet and cold environments.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, and pushing up to 40 lbs.
