We are currently looking for a Revit / BIM Designer to join our Buildings M&E team in Jakarta.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a 3D environment and has a passion for buildings, engineering, and digital design. You will work alongside Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), ELV, and Building Services engineers to develop coordinated BIM models and project documentation for a wide range of building projects.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience using Revit, understand Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles, and can visualize how different building systems come together within a 3D space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for building services projects.
  • Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and documentation in accordance with project and company standards.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to translate design concepts into accurate 3D models.
  • Coordinate MEP systems within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
  • Participate in model reviews, clash detection activities, and project coordination workshops.
  • Ensure models meet quality, accuracy, and project delivery requirements.
  • Identify coordination issues and proactively contribute to project solutions.
  • Support the ongoing development of BIM standards, tools, and workflows within the team.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Diploma (D3) or Vocational School (SMK) qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Drafting, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience using Autodesk Revit in either a professional or academic environment.
  • Understanding of BIM workflows and digital design processes.
  • Strong 3D visualization and spatial awareness skills.
  • Ability to interpret plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawings.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Desirable

  • Experience working on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), ELV, or Building Services projects.
  • Experience with Navisworks, BIM coordination, clash detection, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, installation practices, or site-based coordination.
  • Experience with Aveva E3D or other 3D modelling tools.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in how buildings are designed and function.
  • Enjoys working in a digital and 3D design environment.
  • Has experience with Revit or BIM and wants to further develop their career in digital engineering.
  • Is curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving spatial and coordination challenges.
  • Wants to work on real-world projects alongside experienced engineers and BIM professionals.

Please note: This role is focused on BIM and Revit design for building services and MEP systems.
