Are you an early-career Revit specialist/draftsperson who enjoys solving modelling challenges, optimising or developing Revit workflows, and delivering high-quality BIM outputs? If so we would love to hear from you.

At Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA), we’re currently looking for someone with 1-3 years of Revit experience who enjoys both technical problem solving and practical model execution to join our team.

You will play an important role in supporting Revit-based project delivery, including project setup, model structuring, family development, and troubleshooting modelling issues.

You’ll also be key in providing technical guidance and support of training junior team members, many of whom are neurodiverse individuals developing their own careers in digital engineering.

About the Role

We’re seeking a full time Revit Team Lead within the ASA Digital Engineering Program who will support the delivery of BIM and modelling work across a variety of client projects.

This role focuses on enabling teams to deliver Revit-based projects, support technical troubleshooting, and quality assurance of BIM models and associated data.

You’ll contribute to projects across a variety of disciplines, while supporting the training and development of junior professionals.

You will be reporting to our Digital Engineering Program Coordinator and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality BIM outputs.

You'll also support clients across Australia in industries such as transport, utilities, energy, and urban infrastructure, while upholding ASA’s high standards of digital data quality and compliance across
architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Some recent ASA DE Team client outcomes include:

  • Delivering 10,000+ as-built work orders for fibre optic rollout using CAD systems
  • Modelling 3,000+ tenancies for Airports using Revit, improving EAM readiness
  • Updating 1,500+ multi-disciplinary drawings and associated models for infrastructure projects across road, rail, energy and wastewater
  • Producing data rich, detailed BIM models to client LOD/LOI requirements

Key Accountabilities

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and train junior analysts with lived experience of neurodivergence
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
  • Provide ongoing technical feedback and professional development
  • Developing Revit training materials to support team development

Technical Project Delivery

  • Support the delivery and QA of Revit projects
  • Ensure deliverables comply with standards (e.g. Client-specific requirements / BIM Execution Plans)
  • Attend client meetings, provide updates, and communicate technical feedback

Project Coordination

  • Assign work and manage deliverables across multiple project streams
  • Support analysts through blockers, RFIs, and technical ambiguity
  • Track progress, metrics, and documentation for stakeholder reporting

About You

Experience

1–3 years experience using Revit in a professional environment

Exposure to project setup, templates, parameters, or model standards

Familiarity with asset data handover standards (e.g., IFC, LOD, LOI)

Skills

Strong communication and confidence engaging stakeholders and a diverse team

Excellent attention to detail and Quality Assurance mindset

Capable of adapting to multiple project tools and workflows
