Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Revit Proficiency: Utilize Revit software to create 2D and 3D models and technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project goals and contribute to the development of design solutions.
3. Detail-Oriented Drafting: Produce accurate and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
4. Modeling and Visualization: Create and manage Revit models for various project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
5. Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of own work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
6. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to Revit and BIM technology.

Qualifications:

1. Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, or related field highly advantageous
2. 2 to 3.years experience within a draughting office
3. Proven experience as a Revit Draughtsman in architectural or engineering projects.
4. Proficiency in using Revit software for drafting and modeling.
5. Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
8. Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
