  • Reviews engineering outputs to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
  • Drives BES, PCG, and DRBFM implementation and process maturity across R&D.
  • Leads digitalization and AI initiatives within engineering processes.
  • Acts as technical trainer, mentor, and subject matter expert.
  • Guides RCA and TRA to proactively manage risks and solve design issues.
  • Facilitates cross-functional alignment and effective communication.
  • Oversees R&D Wiki and tracks relevant BSC metrics.
  • Improves engineering quality and standardization.
  • Strengthens technical capability and knowledge sharing.
  • Accelerates digital transformation in R&D.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field (e.g. Energy Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, etc.)
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the development of gas fired appliances (preferably as development engineer)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders effectively, regardless of their hierarchical level
  • A strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, coupled with a passion for quality, process excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Strong methodological knowledge of BES tools such as FMEA, DRBFM, FAM, Test Planning, Reporting, etc.
