Introduction
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for service improvement and a deep understanding of Revenues and Benefits systems? We’re looking for a Revenues and Benefits Control Manager to lead our Control Team in delivering high-quality, customer-focused IT and systems support across Council Tax, Housing Benefit, and Business Rates.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll ensure the smooth operation of critical systems, manage key relationships with IT providers, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration.

This role requires the ideal candidate to have experience in working within a Revenues and Benefits environment using both the MRI Revenues and Benefits system and Enterprise (Information@Work). In addition, the following requirements would be desired.

Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
£52,269-£54,360 per annum (PO4)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
