Based in Luxembourg, you join Ferrero’s Corporate Function to connect central expertise with local realities across Area and Regions, with a specific focus on Europe. Your mission is to turn pricing, revenue, and route‑to‑market strategies into actions that work in real markets. Every day, you collaborate, listen, and guide—helping teams grow capabilities, craft better decisions, and deliver impact for customers and consumers.
You lead the bridge between central teams and markets, ensuring ideas travel both ways and land with purpose. You implement Revenue and Trade Management initiatives with Areas and Regions, adapting central methodologies to local priorities and shaping convergence plans.
You bring a solid story of delivering commercial impact across markets and cultures. You enjoy translating strategy into action and helping others succeed.
