Job Description

Auto Warehousing Company is hiring a Part Time Revenue Systems Analyst for our Dearborn MI Regional Office. This position will be a remote position and we pay weekly! Apply today for fast consideration!

Purpose

This position is responsible for assigned daily revenue systems processes, including some database analysis and financial systems integration using programs such as CORS, VIPS, and customers' various proprietary systems. The primary duties for this position include maintaining services and monitoring transactions to ensure revenue is recorded and invoiced properly and that payment is received appropriately and timely.

This is a temporary part-time position anticipated to work 20-30 hours per week.

Essential Duties

  • Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT departments in reviewing and reconciling operational and revenue related data issues.
  • Generate customer invoices.
  • Continually work to enhance the proprietary system's functionality, reports, and processes.
  • Assist researching and resolving payment issues on customer accounts.
  • Create ad hoc reports and extract field data using programs such as CORS, VIPS, and other internal or external revenue-related systems.
  • Provide support and assistance to facilities in using CORS and VIPS software.
  • Maintain service items in CORS, including rates and effective dates.
  • Improve existing processes and develop new processes as needed for reconciling customers that autopay.
  • Develop forms, templates, and process to support current revenue systems.
  • Monitor/resolve open vouchers, unvouchered services, rate differences, and other CORS exception reports for customers and/or facilities as designated.
  • Reconcile customer EDI acknowledgements.
  • Work with the IT department to create queries, services, and service triggers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related roles with demonstrated growth; experience in accounting or financial environments is preferred
  • Experience with database systems and collaborating effectively with IT personnel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry/10-key skills
  • Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt under pressure
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, vendors, and customers
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime to meet deadlines
  • Dependable with good attendance and a professional, positive demeanor
