Job Description

Revenue Systems Analyst

Position Summary: The Revenue Systems Analyst supports the regional revenue team by executing the daily and weekly reporting, pricing, systems, and channel-management tasks that keep each property's revenue strategy running. The role owns the recurring analytics cadence (pickup, pace, STR, comp-set rate shopping), shops rate pricing and inventory accuracy across systems and OTAs, manages packages and promotions, and coordinates rate and demand information across properties. Findings and risks are flagged to the RDORM to inform strategic decisions.

Accountabilities:

Reporting & Analytics

  • Pull daily pickup reports (rooms, revenue, ADR vs. prior year) and monitor pace against target.
  • Rate-shop the comp set in Spider, flag rate anomalies, and audit rates for the next 90 days.
  • Produce group pickup, booking-window, and channel-mix reports; compile weekly pickup/pace summaries by hotel for the RDORM.
  • Download and maintain STR data (weekly, week-over-week, and monthly) and One Yield Demand Extract / OTB reports.
  • Condense revenue call notes into a formatted, bullet-point meeting recap; process Bonvoy reimbursement reports.
  • Audit segment mappings in Lighthouse to keep integrity of reporting and rate structure accurate.

Systems

  • Run Brand Production reports and input STR data into STR.com by segmentation (including F&B where applicable).
  • Build and maintain weekly Revenue Workbooks for all hotels and save to the shared folder.
  • Assist with rate loading for Legacy Marriott hotels in HPP for corporate accounts and other segments.

Pricing Support

  • Audit retail rates and derived rate tiers for accuracy across all properties.
  • Monitor overbooking and oversold (K-date) exposure daily; flag risks to the RDORM.

OTA & Channel Management

  • Check availability and content daily across Expedia, Booking.com, and brand.com.
  • Review weekly commission reports (Amadeus CRS / MI Commissions Mgt.) and track brand.com promotion participation (member rates, flash deals).
  • Attend quarterly OTA Market Manager calls and send recaps to the RDORM.
  • Manage rate loading, GDS rate loading and channel activation.

Package & Program Management

  • Confirm active packages load and book correctly (e.g., Gas & Go); monitor romance/experiences package pickup and conversion.
  • Track package expiration dates and flag upcoming sunsets to the RDORM.
  • Support new package builds: rate-code setup, QA, and deployment.

Cross-Property Coordination

  • Track events in each hotel region up to 365 days out; maintain the special-event calendar and flag demand periods and displacement risk.
  • Review rate alignment across comparable brands in each market.
  • Communicate pricing and package changes to property revenue contacts and share best practices with property teams.

Qualification Standards

Education & Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years in hotel revenue management, reservations, or analytics; multi-property experience a plus.
  • Strong Excel Skills (workbook, pivot/summary reporting) and comfortable managing large recurring data pulls.
  • Familiarity with Marriott Systems (One Yield, HPP, Bonvoy) plus other brands and STR benchmarking; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Highly organized and deadline driven, able to manage a fixed daily/weekly cadence across multiple properties.
  • Detail oriented with strong data accuracy; clear written communication for recaps and flagging risks to leadership.

Location: Remote (U.S. - based)
